  • Team Stephens/Frantz Wins IFA Redfish Tour Event at Punta Gorda, Florida Dave Stephens and George Frantz, both of Punta Gorda, Fla., weighed a two-redfish limit that totaled 15.20 pounds to win the first regular-season event for the Florida West Coast Division of the IFA Redfish Tour presented by Cabela's at Punta Gorda, Fla.
