Rated 1 out of 5 by Edward from Electric Filleting Knife Bought it 2 years ago used on about 10 medium fish and one blade started popping out. Nobody would look at it. I was advised to throw it away and buy another one. No way! Took it apart and found the tiny spring that holds the blade locked in place was broken I guess it's now junk!

Rated 1 out of 5 by panfish ray from Hate IT I was in the middle of fileting a mess of fish when my Mr. Twister knife died on me. I had had it for several years. Went to Meijers to buy another and they were out.Went to my sport shop and all they had was the Berkley Electric knife for $50.00. I used it on about 10 fish. It does not cut right, gets hot , and does not feel comfortable in my hand. I went back to Mr Twister.

Rated 1 out of 5 by NA NA from Terrible product!!! Do not waste your money on this! I wish I had read the reviews before I spent the $90. All the reviews that say it quits working after 3-4 fish are true. It got so hot we couldn't hold it, the blades quit working, now it's trash after only using it on 4 fish! Cabelas won't let me return it and I can't get any answers from Berkely.....no help at all!!! Very disappointed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Guntersville fishing from Would not filet a 20" catfish I bought this at a wildlife auction and used it for the first time this weekend and I could not filet a 20" catfish. Extremely displeased with this, I am surprised Berkley allowed their name to be put on this product. Underpowered and the blades barely reciprocate. Would have had better luck with a butterknife.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Max Warner from Poor quality I have bought 2 this winter from Amazon and neither of them lasted very long. Both would get so hot a man could not hold them to clean more than 10 or so crappies. Both quit and would not operate. I do not think I will buy another!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cinthe920 from Extremely unsatisfied Guide, tournament fisherman, and licensed captain here. Huge huge Berkley fan, only product of theirs I've ever been disapointed in. It seems there's just a lack of power. I fileted a limit of fish today with it and it took much longer than the one I replaced as it bogs down to almost a complete stop going through a 16" Walleye. This product is now non-returnable because I used it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by tnatodd from DELUXE PROBLEMS Got this package for Christmas of 2017. Cleaned some Bluegill on two occasions during ice fishing season. Started fishing the Walleye run over on the east side of the state. Cleaned 5 fish then unit started to heat up, finished the days catch with hand held blade. Month later needed to clean more walleye and this knife would not finish a cut at all. This is not a good product and I would not suggest purchasing it for anyone. if anyone wants I have a video I made to prove the inability of this knife. on the plus side it has a nice travel case and a extra long power cord.
