Rated 1 out of 5 by Glyne from Attractiveness is all it offers It looks good and that is it. As far as functionality goes it is terrible. I have attempted to clean walleyes and white bass with this knife on 4 separate occasions and each time I have ended up setting it aside and plugging in my original American Angler Pro that I bought in 1998 and finishing the job. This knife lacks in battery and power. The blades should be sharp and they are well let's say a little sharper than a butter knife. Very very disappointed and let down as I have always believed Berkley to be top of the line when it comes to fishing products. I would be glad to trade this for ten Flicker Shads or Flicker Minnows.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JLP3 from I would purchase something else Comes in a very nice case and is well built but that is where the positives end. I have had the blades professionally sharpened, tried to use the product on a fully charged battery, and even used it plugged in to an outlet. The knife just does not filet fish well. I have used less expensive knives that run circles around this knife. I thought buying a more expensive knife would mean better quality and this is not the case with this product. From reading the reviews, sounds like I am not alone on this one. It's just really awful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MSH1 from Not impressed I have used this knife once, it worked alright but the battery must never charge or the charger doesn't work but either way the knife is now a paper weight. Bought knife over a year ago and is now non returnable! If you have one of these ensure you bring along the trusty manual fillet knife as well!

Rated 3 out of 5 by idratherbfishn from needs spare battery Works fairly well on full charge, but not up to the job for filleting lots of fish; battery looses power after about 15 small bass and crappie. This knife needs more power or a backup battery.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Half Shell Harry from Worked great for 10 minutes Excited not to be dealing with corded filet knife. Unit was sleek in design and appeared to have significantly more power than the 12 V DC units. Blades were easy to install - nearly impossible to take out. After 10 minutes cleaning red fish on the half shell, the unit gears stripped out rendering the unit useless. What was sad was to have the unit design overall appeared to be good, the design of the blade reciprocating features (the most important part) was the weakest link and failed in minutes. I would not want a replacement as this appears to be a design issue.
