THREE WAYS TO ENTER the Berkley Fantasy Fishing with a Pro Sweepstakes:

(1) Go to www.berkley-fishing.com, download, complete (checking applicable Sweepstakes entry box) and mail Official Mail-in Rebate Certificate/Entry Form, which includes Official Rules. Online entry not available. OR

(2) Go to participating retailers, complete (checking applicable Sweepstakes entry box) and mail Official Mail-in Rebate Certificate/Entry Form. OR

(3) Print your name, complete address, including zip code (no P.O. Boxes accepted), daytime telephone number with area code, date of birth, and choice of fishing trip (Walleye, Bass, Saltwater or Trout) on a 3"x 5" card.

Mail all Sweepstakes entries in an envelope to: Berkley Fantasy Fishing with a Pro Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 9467, St. Cloud, MN 56398-9467. All entrants must indicate their choice of fishing trip (Walleye, Bass, Saltwater or Trout) on Official Mail-in Rebate Certificate/Entry Form. If a choice is not indicated entrant will be entered into the drawing for the Bass trip. If an entrant checks two (2) boxes they will be entered into the drawing for the first box checked. All Sweepstakes entries must be postmarked by 9/6/06 and received by 9/12/06. Enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be completed and mailed separately. No mass entries or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, torn, postage-due, illegible or misdirected mail. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters. Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sweepstakes starts 1/1/06 and ends 9/6/06.

2. PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (4): Four Grand Prize winners will each receive a trip to one (1) of the following four (4) locations: (1) Rainy Lake, Canada, for a day of fishing for the Grand Prize winner only with Al Lindner for Walleye and a $700 cash award to be used to purchase a fishing license; (2) Orlando, FL, the location in the USA of the 2006 Bassmaster® Classic tournament (trip is not to the 2006 Bassmaster Classic tournament but to Orlando, FL, where the tournament will be held) for a day of fishing for the Grand Prize winner only with Hank Parker for Bass and a $700 cash award to be used to purchase a fishing license; (3) Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for a day of fishing for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (who must be 18 years of age or older) with a local guide for Saltwater fish and a $200 cash award to be used to purchase a fishing license; or (4) the Pacific Northwest for a day of fishing for the Grand Prize winner only with Buzz Ramsey for Trout and a $700 cash award to be used to purchase a fishing license. Exact fishing locations to be determined by Sponsor. All packages include round-trip coach airfare from the closest major airport to winner’s primary residence to prize destination location; round-trip airport/hotel transfers in prize destination location; 4-days’/3-nights’ hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy, to be selected by Sponsor); three (3) meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner); fishing equipment rental for four (4) days; and a one (1) day fishing excursion, with professional fisherman or local guide as indicated above. If for any reason the professional fisherman or local guide is not available for the day of fishing excursion that portion of the prize will be forfeited without compensation to winner. In the event winner resides within 250 miles of selected fishing destination, ground transportation will be substituted for airfare. (ARV: $4,200 for each of the four (4) prize packages. ARV for each package may vary depending upon point of departure, destination and airfare fluctuations). (Total ARV: $16,800) Exact travel dates will be determined by Sponsor; however, all travel must be completed by 10/31/07. Winner and guest for Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, package must travel on same itinerary. All other expenses (including meals, gratuities, rental boats and cost associated with obtaining visas and passports, if necessary) not expressly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. If Grand Prize winner cannot complete travel by date specified, then Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected. No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, in which case a prize of greater or equal value will be awarded. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to any Grand Prize and is not responsible for weather conditions. Neither the cash equivalent nor the assignment of any Grand Prize or portion thereof is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will report value of prize as required by law. All taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Odds of winning one of the four (4) Grand Prize packages depends on the number of valid entries received for each of the four (4) separate Grand Prize package drawings described below. Prizes will be awarded if the number of eligible entries is equal to or greater than the number of prizes available.

3. DRAWINGS: Winners will be selected in four (4) separate random drawings to be held on or about 9/19/06 from all valid entries received for each prize package. Winners will be contacted by telephone on or about 9/26/06 at the daytime number listed. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made with any winner, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Fulfillment agent must speak with each potential winner; messages will not be left. Travel prize information will be delivered within approximately 8–10 weeks of verification of eligibility.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 48 continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Pure Fishing, Inc., Berkley and their agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers, retailers, or members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Grand Prize winners (and guest for Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, package) are required to complete and return Affidavits of Eligibility/Publicity Releases and Travel Releases. Affidavits of Eligibility/Publicity Releases and Travel Releases must be returned by Grand Prize winners (and guest for Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, package) within ten (10) days of notification or that Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: Each Grand Prize winner consents to the use of his/her name, photographs or likenesses for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. All entrants release Pure Fishing, Inc. and Berkley, and each of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, retailers, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including liability for personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss.
