Berkley® Digger is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bait Bought a Digger 6.5 in the Gilly because I liked the color and I have had great success with the older Frenzy crankbaits. This bait is money!! First cast produced a 3 1/2 pounder. I've probably hooked between 15 to 20 fish and haven't lost one. Hooks are tacky sharp and appear to be quality hooks. Finish appears to be good quality too as I have bounced them off of rocks on a couple of casts and didn't chip the finish. The bait casts well as long as you figure out how far to let it hang from the rod tip. Otherwise it will helicopter on you. I have a Pitbull that I haven't tried yet but if it's as good as the Digger I'm going to a little poorer with all the colors that I will have to buy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Digger crankbait I am very disappointed in this lure. I used this crankbait for 1 hour and the diving bill broke off. I was smallmouth fishing around some rocks and had picked up some green moss, and splashed it in the water to remove the moss, and the bill broke off. Bummer, cause it was getting down there and they were hammering it (smallmouth). I bought two crankbaits , 1 digger, and 1 pitbull. I continued to fish, but with the pitbull square bill, and caught approx. 25 smallmouth. Great outing. Back to the digger, loved the lure, but now I'm leary about it's integrity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Catching Fish I received a couple of these baits in a tournament bag. Great little bait.Great colors. Great action. Runs true. I Ordered 6 more. Apparently one color that is being phased out, Berkley making it right. Ready to fish the new baits. Best of all catching fish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from CATCHES EVERYTHING I have been fishing with the Digger in the Gilly pattern for a while. This lure in this pattern is the best fish producing lure I have ever used. It catches anything that swims. I was out today using this lure. We caught Largemouth and Hybrid Bass and Saugeye with the same lure. Best thing I've seen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Response to the other review You should know not to slap a balsa wood crank bait on the water to clear grass I don't care what crank your using it will break the bill off. some of the plastic body baits you can get away with it but not with the wooden ones. These are great baits though run straight and I like them quite a bit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works! Used the blue back digger 8.5 today on Lake St. Clair. Caught a variety of fish with it. Large mouth, smallmouth, pike, and a musky. Very happy with this bait. Also have good luck with the warpigs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crankbait with an Attitude Great little crankbaits, just hit a rock or two where fish live and hold on. They run really great even when burning the bait . The colors are good and I am waiting on the crawfish color to come out
