Rated 4 out of 5 by jdc946 from Squido i bought this and although it seems to attract fish the legs are lost almost immediately. I find the Gulp mullet to be more effective and longer lasting

Rated 5 out of 5 by Capt_Matt from I love these baits. This baits have been murderous on inshore rock fish and lingcod in shallow water of NorCal. The new penny color is a great bait for mimicking baby octopus. I generally rig on a 3/4 oz lead head. Should be great in SoCal waters for spotted bass and calicos and a great bait for west coast kayak fishing. I hate the tub storage but tolerate it for bait that is this good. Would love to see Berkley come out with an identical bait twice the size of this one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Mike111 from mixed emotions I bought the Gulp Alive Squido a few weeks ago and have used it on several fishing trips for fluke. It clearly attracts a lot of bites. But within a couple of casts the fish bite off the delicate tenticles and the action is gone and no more bites. This means it quickly gets to be an expensive way to fish as I went through about 10 lures in less than 2 hrs. BUT I did get more action than the guys I was fishing with who were using other Gulp Alive products. Bottom line: it works well but ends up pricey. It is a pity the lure isn't more resilient.
