Rated 5 out of 5 by Duhunter from Awesome stuff Relined my trout rod with 20lb and went shark fishing in bay. Usually catch smaller sharks in the marsh so no mig deal but I always throw a big surf Rod. Broke off my $15 shark leader on a nice size bull shark so I had a smaller leader I use on my trout rods i make myself so retied and threw out. Hooked up on a 60" bull shark and taught it for over a hour giving chase. Finally got him to the boat he made one last small run and went under the boat and hung up on the motor. I thought for sure he was gonna break off. But to my surprise trilene braid held up. I ended up cutting the line and grab the leader and was able to land him with a tail rope. Great braid and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by charlie24 from love the diameter This line is so small I can use it with small crank baits, , it is 20 lb. Test . I always used fire line with great success, but this line is way more flexible and smaller diameters. Way to go Berkley.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Open2hardwater from Very Low Memory and Smooth Casting!!! I picked up a 1500yd spool off this after trying on a 6'6" spinning rod for jigging, I now have out on all my rods. Smooth cast and abrasion resistant! I tie a 3'-12' leader of 8-15lb Berkley professional grade florocarbon and I can feel if a fish breaths with in 10ft of my bait... Highly Recommend!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by bkoll from Very durable and casts great! Found my new favorite braid, at least for 30 pound applications since that is the only test I have tried SO FAR. I have always used 30lb for soft plastic swimbaits up to an ounce and a half. Spooled this up on a Core 101 mounted on a Loomis E6X 7'4" Swimbait rod and launched the baits a country mile! The smoothness of the 8 carrier braid is wonderful, and is paired up with that is what feels like a very slick outer coating. I have a tendency to put casts in very rough places, not always on purpose, and the abrasion resistance is by far the best I have experienced with a braided line. You can run this over stumps all day and not have frayed line, that is how durable this line is. Up the test and this would make for a great flippin' line! And if you get the occasional backlash this line does not dig in half as bad as most braids I have used, which also makes it a great contender for flippin' because of the potential for very hard hook sets. I have had braids that are worthless in the wind because they do nothing but catch the wind and blow my bait off it's intended path, no such issues here with this line. It throws right where you want it no matter the wind. I have some 50lb test on hand and will put that on my Rocket and see how it does flippin' and I will also be getting my hands on 20lb. I use 20lb braid for almost everything and will be ordering a 300 yard spool shortly to see how it compares to the other brand I use, if it is anything like the 30lb then Berkley has found a complete convert to Trilene Professional Braid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gmoran from Great line Have used this for 2 years now and don't use anything else. I like the Moss green version. I have installed this on 6 reels that I use. Starting using this after loosing a large Pike while fishing in Canada. Since installing this line I haven't lost a fish yet due to line braking like mono line.

Rated 5 out of 5 by photoswanson from My line of choice. Never had an issue! I have used this braid since it first came out. I know there are lots of choices out there. I use it because it does't fail me. It holds knots exceptionally well. It is highly abrasion resistant. It disappears in cover. And has brute strength. Top Notch!
