The x5 is great it is smooth coming of your reel when you cast great sensitivity. Very smooth when reeling back and fighting a fish.

Terrible!!!!!!!!
I bought a roll of 15 pound test line. I spent fifteen bucks on it, and I regret it every penny of i. The line snapped while casting with a 1/2 ounce jig.

there are better braids
Its much i thicker than the stated diameter. I don't really like the colour, not that that's a performance issue though. Its a bit too rough, im guessing the 5 braid doesn't twine neatly. It is a tough line rather than casting line which is what i wanted except i think the casting is compromised too much. I will stick to 4 twist braid.

Kind of a waste
I bought some 10lb about a month ago had no problems until I put a 1/2 oz spinnerbait on there brand new two cast it worked fine on the third its 97 ft into a pond needless to say I took it off and put something else on my rod I would add a photo but you would just see a picture of the pond

Awesome line!
Ive used power pro for years on my charters but thought I would give this a try since cost was better. Was not disappointed. This is a great line with super smooth casting and good knot retention. All I will have on my boat.
