JUNKPurchased this for beach fishing. The concept is great, and it will hold a lot of equipment, but the quality of the frame is very poor. Just after 4 uses, the pin that goes in to hold the legs down tore through the aluminum frame like butter. I contacted customer service and there is no way to replace just the frame without spending another $250.00 for a brand new cart. I was very disheartened by this as I have used Berkley products for years and assumed this would be a good value in my fishing expeditions. I highly recommend a different cart especially for the price, unless you are just going to throw a couple fishing poles and a couple towels in it.

Amazing cartI bought the jumbo cart a few months ago. It barley fits in my honda civic. I am able to pack a cooler, camp chair, large tackle box, minnow bucket, multiple fishing rods and a few other knick knacks from my car to the lake. Seems to be built well and the pneumatic tires handle dirt roads and sand smoothly. If you don't have a boat, this will make your life much easier. Gone are the days of struggling to the lake trying to pack my gear on foot or making multiple trips. This cart has been a real luxury. Best money I've spent in a while.

Good CartThis cart has a lot of good features. First, it is aluminum making it very light and rustproof. The aluminum finish appears to be thick and tough. It holds a bunch of gear. It is easy to move because of the leverage point provided by the wheel position. The flip side of this is a bit of tippiness but after working with it, that is not a problem and I think the ease of moving it fully loaded is more critical. It folds into a small package. It is a little tricky to unfold but with practice it is now easy. The liner is tough. The wheels are fine for deep sand although overkill for a pier. I may buy some smaller solid wheels (saw some for $7.00 each at HF). For me, better than the competition overall - all carts have tradeoffs.

deck chairs viable optionthese carts let a guy bring all the comforts of home to the beach. Well maybe not your lazy boy but you came to out land leviathans of the deep. Be sure to keep beach sand free from those push pins used to set up your cart. We carry an umbrella on sunny days no problems. It tracks well and has a rugged liner that holds up well to rough rock fishing conditions.

Great designI've had this jumbo cart for 2 years now and love it. My wife bought me this because the cart I was building wasn't going to fit in her car. This one fits perfectly. What I really like about this over the others, is it sits high and I don't have to bend over when I tie my rigs on top of the cooler or when I'm looking for something. I can't believe how much equipment it holds. if you need to, a 5 gallon bucket fits between the rails of the handles or in the cart itself. Also my tackle box fits on the rails below the cart but I usually just strap it to the cooler. It will tip or lift the front up if you have more weight in the back, so just put your bait bucket in first and remember to shift your load when you grab your 5 gallon bucket out of the front. In soft sand it's hard to pull but once you get to the hard pack its fine. Most of my fishing is on the pier and its perfect. Great job Berkley.

Not good in soft sandJust bought the "Jumbo" fishing cart for use in the soft sand of the Florida Gulf Beaches. So far I am not impressed with the results. When loaded with a 48 qt cooler, two fishing poles, fishing box, and empty bucket it took two of us to pull through the sand. I am thinking of either purchasing the "balloon tires" to see if they work better in the soft sand or to return the item altogether. Also having trouble getting the cart to "lock" when fully extended. When fully loaded in the parking lot had this cart collapse on me twice and was a pain to take everything out, re-lock then, reload my gear and try again. So far, even on sale not really impressed with it. It would be better when buying for Berkley to offer which tires to start with. Will see what happens.

conI fish off the beach and rock pile - the tires need to be wider - and it tips over very easy - little difficult to collapse

Great cartWould give it a 5 star but i cant get my wheels axle to collapse back in the folding position.so i have to take the wheeld off and lay it om its side to put in my truck. 10 minutes to install and 10minutes to uninstall
