    Berkley's Digger Lures trigger bites.

    Berkley's Digger lures cast long and have lots of bass stimulating action. These lures dive rapidly to stated depth and in my experience, beyond with the addition of just a 1/16th bullet shaped weight pegged a few inches in front of the lure on your leader. This is great if you need to get down a bit deeper, but don't have a deeper diving lure on hand. The action doesn't seem to suffer at all from the added weight. The digger appears to maintain it's shaking and tail wagging action just fine. The Digger lures have a bigger, chunkier profile and big strong hooks that grab and hold your catch. The Diggers benefit from Berkley's exterior coating for maintaining it's look and integrity just like the Dredger series lures. I caught a BIG Blue Catfish on a Digger lure, loads of fun! The Digger lures are now a staple in my tackle box.
