    Scale jaw clip broken

    Overall this is not a bad scale but the jaw clip needs to be reinforced. Why put something so cheap on your product? Most of the poor reviews are aimed at this component. I was trying to weigh a 27 lb. catfish (see video) when the clip broke. The scale is rated for 50 lbs., you need to have a clip that doesn't break at 27 lbs when you weigh the fish! Fortunately we had another scale to verify the weight.

    Scale reads Lo when battery changed

    Rating should be 0 but they don’t give that as an option!! I had the same issue as multiple other reviewers. Batteries appeared dead so I changed. I took 6 x 2032 🔋 out of packing and go the “Lo” reading and scale turned off. I bought this scale in July for Canada walleye/pike trip and used like 3x. Went to try and way Botha BIG crappie and LMB when this issue occurred. NO MORE BERKLEY scales as this is the 2nd one I’ve had to discard! SHAME ON YOU BERKLEY!

    Expensive paperweight

    BUYER BEWARE: I wish i had checked these 2 star ratings before getting these scales 🙄If i could give a 0 I would.

    I purchased this scale brand new and added it to my tackle box for my next striper fishing trip. Although it was a couple months before I got to go I was excited to use my new scale. As soon as I tried the 1st time the screen came on 8888 and immediately blinked Lo and shut off. I tried everything to get it to stay on and work but still Lo and off. The next day I went to buy a brand new set of batteries and put them in...still Lo then off. So thinking the batteries were bad I bought yet another set...Lo then off. Smdh... So now I have over $10 in new batteries plus a scale thats not worth the space its taking up in my tackle box.

    Not worth it. Find something that will last longer than a few trips. Put new batteries in and it say lo and shuts off

    Replacement part

    I bought this perfect scale years ago but now the clamp that hold the fishes lip is broken and I can’t find a replacement that work as perfectly good as this one anywhere can you please help me
