Rod is good but the reel not so much
The rod is great but the reel handle snapped when I was reeling in a small 25" blacktip shark.. that was only the 4th fish I caught in the 2 days Ive had this combo.

Enjoyable priced combo
I purchased this combo after losing all my equitment in a fire. Priced accordingly. Used for the first time for inshore flounder fishing. It has a nice feel with smooth reeling motion. Came with 14 lb test line. Had some pretty bad snags. Pole under a lot of stress and handled well . Light weight combo. Caught over 30 fish. Overall good product. Getting a second one. Tight lines everyone.

With some 25lb braided line this combo is perfect for carp and catfish. My only problem is when I tighten my drag the rod doesn't really keep the tension when casted.
