Warranty Policy

At Berkley®, we stand behind the gear we make—because we fish too, and we know your time on the water matters. That’s why we guarantee our products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase for the original owner. This limited warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized retailers and used under normal conditions.

This warranty doesn’t cover the usual wear and tear from a season well-fished, damage from misuse or neglect, gear that’s been modified or used commercially, accidents, or improper care.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Berkley. No other express warranties are offered, and any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. In no event shall Berkley be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.
