While I have owned this product for several years, it had been used sparingly. Used it once this past week to weigh a flounder for my great nephew. Put it in the tackle bag. When I grasped the handle to take it out, it came apart. The nut had come off and I am left with this! Won’t be buying another, that is for sure! Not sure I can get it back together with how deeply seated the threaded post is.
